In the 1992 blockbuster, Houston played music diva Rachel Marron and Costner plays former secret service agent Frank who has become her bodyguard

Whitney Houston was tragically found dead at the Beverley Hilton Hotel, Beverley Hills, after accidentally taking a drug overdose
The estate has three-car garage, is decked from floor to ceiling in wood, has five bedrooms and a view of the lake from every single room
In the movie, it's a fairly basic log cabin but in reality, this luxurious retreat by the lake is a hugely desirable property that's recently been put on the market for $8million - £5.2million
The soundtrack included I Will Always Love You, arguably the most famous song every released by tragic singer Whitney Houston who died in February 2012

But it's Hollywood history will no doubt appeal to buyers who are fans of the film which featured the best-selling soundtrack in history

Fallen Leaf Lake is about one mile south of the much larger Lake Tahoe, near the California-Nevada state border
